At Precision Technologies, quality control starts in the manufacturing process–long before a component reaches final inspection.
We have implemented a stringent in-process procedure where employees and the quality control department inspect for accuracy during each operation.
Once completed, the component then returns to the QC department for final inspection. QC documentation and calibration are essential for producing a component that meets your specifications.
We exceed industry standards by calibrating our equipment and updating our records more frequently than required.
